Dealers not enrolled in this program should contact their OEM to initiate a warranty claim process. TIME-SAVING TIPS Before calling, please read through the Real Time Warranty Guidelines (PDF, 368KB). Have all vehicle information ready, including truck vocation. Verify OEM warranty coverage before calling. Have a well-informed caller or the technician available. Utilize the online RTW system to view both completed and in process claims. Verify or duplicate the complaint before calling. Remember: RTW is an optional program. An approval number is not a requirement for claim payment. Highest call volume is 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Eastern) and the last week of the each month. |
