Duration: 2 Days

This course package is designed to give each technician in-depth training on the entire FS Medium-Duty Transmission drivetrain. This package includes the following courses: Eaton® Fuller® FS Medium-Duty Transmission Service Training, Master Clutch Service Training, and Failure Investigation & Analysis Service Training.

This section will increase the technician’s understanding of the basic operation of this drivetrain, gear life theory, and product lubrication requirements, while also addressing
product specific failure modes. Maintenance and basic troubleshooting techniques will be discussed as well.

Upon completion of the above classroom presentation, the overhaul portion will continue into a hands-on tear down and reassembly of different components of the Medium-Duty Transmission drivetrain.
