Duration: 3 Days

This course package is designed to give each technician in-depth training on th entire FR Fleet Transmission Drivetrain. This package includes the following courses: Fuller® FR Fleet Transmissions Service Training, Master Clutch Service Training, and Failure Investigation & Analysis Service Training.

This section will increase the technicians understanding of the basic operation of this drivetrain, gear life theory, and product lubrication requirements, while also addressing product specific failure modes. Maintenance and basic troubleshooting techniques will be discussed as well.

Upon completion of the classroom presentation, the overhaul portion will continue into a hands-on tear down and reassembly of different components of the fleet transmission drivetrain. Each technician will be asked to participate in this practical portion of the course.
