This course is designed to give a detailed understanding of the operation of ServiceRanger PC-based diagnostic software and to help technicians become competent in practical application.

During the classroom portion, technicians will be exposed to all aspects of the use and application of ServiceRanger. This will include a basic overview of the software, operation, capabilities, and functions of the program. In addition, technicians will learn advanced product functions, program utilities, and various program options.

Technicians will learn how to program products through the use of ServiceRanger including PC setup, downloading product software, and PC-based programming utilities. Technicians will also learn basic program information including program installation, menus, and various tools.
