All users of ServiceRanger are required to register their software with Eaton. Select one of the links below that corresponds to the version of ServiceRanger you are currently using to register your software.
ServiceRanger Version 2.x
Software Registration and New User Account
Users of ServiceRanger version 2.x need to register and create a username and password for Roadranger product updates and configuration files from the 'Internet Downloads' server.
ServiceRanger Version 3.x
Software Registration and Unlock Code Request
Users that have obtained a copy of ServiceRanger version 3 are required to register each install with Eaton in order to obtain an authorization code to unlock and use the software.
Note: A username and password is not required for ServiceRanger Version 3.x
Note: The distribution policy for the ServiceRanger 3.x diagnostic software tool allows for distribution to OEM truck dealers and select fleet customers for diagnosing automated Roadranger products. If you are not an OEM truck dealer or select fleet customer and are considering downloading the software please contact your local Eaton representative for assistance. Any deviation from this policy must be approved by the local Eaton representative and the ServiceRanger administrator.
