Match Your Tire Pressure to the Terrain

The Dana Spicer Tire Pressure Control System (TPCS) improves the way your rig performs off road by lengthening the footprint and putting more of the tire in contact with the ground. Learn how.

Studies show that on soft terrain, TPCS actually outperforms all-wheel drive systems, allowing you to be more productive. It also provides a better ride, lower step up height, and reduced driveline maintenance. Derived from systems used on more than 35,000 military trucks, TPCS is designed specifically to allow you to adjust tire pressures to match the conditions you encounter, even when rolling.

Flexibility to Match your Terrain

Two modes, Loaded and Unloaded, together with three terrain settings, give you six pressures to let you operate effectively across a wide variety of terrain.

  • Highway allows for high speed travel on paved surfaces
  • Off-Highway permits operation on unpaved surfaces,
  • Emergency provides extremely low tire pressures to help free a stuck vehicle, or take on grades and other extreme conditions that previously were impossible to negotiate without assistance.

Plus, the Dana system has various digital display codes that report when a problem exists, and exactly what the problem is so you know just what to do to correct the situation.
