Eaton IntelliConnect™ connects your current telematics provider data with Eaton expertise to provide insight into the operation of the Eaton Cummins automated transmissions in your fleet.
IntelliConnect remote diagnostics provides near real-time monitoring of vehicle fault codes, prioritizes the critical events and provides accurate and comprehensive action plans by our technical experts that will increase your uptime by reducing unplanned downtime and quicker repair diagnosis.
It’s built on an open architecture, which means that we’ll work with your preferred telematics provider. Customizable delivery of information means alerts can be provided via email, text message, Navistar OnCommand Connection, your own telematics portal or our intuitive and informative portal.
Eaton IntelliConnect is included with every Eaton Cummins automated transmission. Our vehicle system experts create comprehensive fault code action plans beyond just reading transmission fault codes. Using a holistic systems approach, we look at data from other vehicle components to determine potential root causes and solutions.

How much does IntelliConnect cost?
There is no cost from Eaton for IntelliConnect and is offered for free with your Eaton transmission. There may, however, be an additional fee associated with your Telematics Service Provider in order to offer enhanced data collection required for our service.
Omnitracs requires the Extended Fault Monitoring (EFM) package.
What Telematics Service Providers (TSPs) are supported?
Currently Omnitracs is our only supported TSP. We are however working hard to add more providers as soon as possible. Have one you use that you want us to work with? Let us know!
What if I already use Navistar OnCommand Connection?
IntelliConnect works seamlessly with Navistar OnCommand Connection! When you sign-up for IntelliConnect, simply check the box that identifies you as an OnCommand Connection customer and we will start sending data to Navistar.
What Eaton products are supported by IntelliConnect?
Procision, UltraShift PLUS, Fuller Advantage, Smart Advantage and all generation 3 transmission products (Autoshift AS3 and Ultrashift DM3)
Can I see all my vehicle fault codes, or only Eaton codes?
With IntelliConnect you can view all your vehicle fault codes, however, only fault codes paired with an Eaton fault code will kick-off an analysis and generate a Fault Code Action Plan.
Only evaluated fault codes will be sent to Navistar OnCommand Connection, if you have selected to deliver there.
When will IntelliConnect be available?
IntelliConnect will be available to fleets with Omnitracs Extended Fault Monitoring starting October 1, 2016. However, there will be an early sign-up period starting on September 21, 2016.
When will more Telematics Service Providers be added?
